Privacy Policy

FC-27.com collects very little about you. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no ads. This page lists what is processed anyway, by whom and why.

The short version

• We don't ask for your name, email or payment details anywhere on this site.
• Our hosting provider handles technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages and keep them secure.
• Your currency choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
• If you email us, we use your message to reply.
• Orders are handled by OnlyFarms under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, Cloudflare receives the technical details any web server sees: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that sent you and the time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver pages and to block attacks and abuse, and it may keep these details in server logs. We don't use them to build profiles or to work out who you are. Cloudflare describes its own handling in its privacy policy.

Data kept in your browser

When you pick a currency, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage under the key “fc27-currency”, so prices appear in the same currency on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and you can remove it whenever you like by clearing site data in your browser. The cookie policy has the details.

Emails you send us

If you write to support@fc-27.com, we get the address you wrote from, any name you sign with and the contents of the message. We use this only to answer you and deal with any follow-up. Our email provider processes these messages for us. We keep a conversation only as long as we need it for that purpose, then delete it.

When you continue to OnlyFarms

Buy buttons pass through our /go/ page, which puts the platform, amount and currency you picked into the link to the OnlyFarms checkout. From there, OnlyFarms collects what it needs for the order, such as your EA account email, backup codes and payment details, and its own privacy policy applies. None of that is typed into FC-27.com, and this site never sees it. Because the two businesses are commercially connected, OnlyFarms may be able to tell that you arrived from here, for example from the referring address your browser reports.

Why we process data

For visitors in the EU, the EEA and the UK, these are our legal grounds:

• Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in running a site that works and is protected from abuse.
• Replying to email: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, or steps you asked us to take.
• Your currency choice: stored because you asked for it, needed for that feature, and kept only on your device.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell personal information, and we don't pass it to anyone for targeted advertising. There are no ads on the site at all.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct or delete it, object to or restrict how it is used, and receive a copy. Since we hold almost nothing, the most likely case is an email thread. Write to support@fc-27.com to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This site is not aimed at kids younger than 13, and we do not set out to gather anything about them. If you believe a child has emailed us, let us know and we will delete the message.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, for example if we add analytics or a contact form, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
