What affects delivery time
- Order size. The more you buy, the more trades it takes: a 100K top-up is quicker than several million FC 27 coins.
- Logging in mid-order. Any second session interrupts the seller and resets the wait.
- Codes that fail. On Comfort Trade orders, used or mistyped backup codes stop the sign-in until fresh ones reach the partner's support.

If your delivery is late
First check that you stayed logged out and that your codes were unused. Then message the partner's support with the order ID, the amount and the time you paid. How long does Comfort Trade take?
The partner's estimate is within 2 hours, counted from the moment payment and your delivery details are both in. If you buy several million, the seller needs more trades and it can take longer. Two things on your side keep it quick: valid backup codes and staying out of Ultimate Team until the seller has finished.
How does Player Auction work?
You list a player from your club at a Buy Now figure the seller gives you, and the seller buys it, so the coins arrive as the sale amount minus EA's tax. Nobody signs in to your account. The partner checkout does not offer Player Auction right now, so for the moment it is Comfort Trade only.
Why does the checkout want backup codes?
EA asks for a verification code whenever a new device signs in to your account. Backup codes are single-use codes made for exactly that case, so the seller can sign in without waking you at 3 a.m. for a fresh one. Create a new set once the coins are in, and every shared code stops working.
Can I keep playing during delivery?
Not in Ultimate Team. Two sessions on one club cut each other off, and an interrupted delivery simply takes longer. Other game modes that do not touch your club are fine. The easy way is to order before a break, school or work, and check your balance once the estimate has passed.
Can a delivery get my account banned?
It can. Buying coins breaks EA's rules whatever the delivery method, Comfort Trade included, and EA's penalties range from removing the coins to a ban.
